How to apply for CoC on e-Pariksha?

1. Login to account using e-Pariksha Logincredentials. e-Pariksha link: Click Here.
2. Click on Certification tab and then select Fee Detail sub-tab. Click on pay button which will redirect to bill desk and pay the fee for COC application.
3. After the payment, click on COC application Form sub-tab.
4. Click on page-2 at the bottom of the application form.
5. Click on the submit button at the bottom of the page-2 to apply for COC.
6. Click on the Print Option to print the COC application form in case you wish to keep a hard copy of COC application.
7. The COC shall be dispatched by speed post and the applicant will receive a confirmatory mail including speed post trackingdetails.

2. Click Application for Certificate of Competency.
3. Select and choose the grade from drop down menu and click continue.
4. Fill up all personal details and continue.
5. Fill up Address details and continue.
6. Fill up Medical Certificate and continue.
7. Fill up Sea Service Details.
8. Once fees paid, will show status as Fees paid, view submitted data (click & download).
9. Once fees are paid, click attach document and upload docs and click agree on declaration and submit.

How to re-validate CoC?

2. Click Application for Revalidation of Certificate of Competency.
3. Select and choose the grade from drop down menu and click continue.
4. Fill up all personal details and continue.
5. Fill up Address details and continue.
6. Fill up Medical Certificate and continue.
7. Fill up Sea Service Details.
8. Click No as having sea service in past 5 years for Professional Competence (If don’t have sea service (If you have shore service, then click Yes)
9. Click No if you are not involved in any Maritime Casualty & Enquiry If you have involved Maritime Casualty & Enquiry click Yes and provide details.
10. Once fees paid, will show status as Fees paid, view submitted data (click & download)
11. Once fees are paid, click attach document and upload docs and click agree on declaration and submit.

What are the documents rerquired for CoC revalidation?

1. Scan copy of signed online application.
2. Passport size (3.5 cm X 3.5 cm) photograph with clear white background face covering 70%.
3. Scanned signature of seafarer.
4. Scanned Modular Course certificate in one pdf file.
5. Certificate from the company should mention the name of Oil,Chemical,Gas cargo carried along with their grade.
6. Scan Copy of Existing Advanced DC Endorsement Certificate.
7. Self attested scanned copy of CDC booklet pages showing relevent sea services.
